I was conflicted about that one for a while (I've since stopped going to reddit altogether, for obvious reasons). Most people in that sub understand that centrism is nonsense anti-politics for incredibly dumb babies, but the remainder are self-declared centrists who think it's about making fun of the wrong type of centrist. I'll admit, it was fun when actual centrists would wander in like "haha, look at this dumb take I saw from a conservative who said they were a centrist" and then get ruthlessly mocked for being a centrist, but at the end of the day that's all it was. Not funny enough to warrant the negativity.
It's also an explicitly leftist sub where the comments are taken over by libs. They seem to think the only joke is centrism between Democrats and Republicans and generally refuse to see a difference from a left perspective that they're basically the same from fence sitting
I remember some of that, for sure, but I recall those posts getting the flak they deserved. Maybe it's worse now since the purge. Like I said, I don't go to reddit anymore.
Should post this in r/ENLIGHTENEDCENTRISM just to see what happens.
I might give someone brain damage if I preform such heinous posting.

I had to stop following that one because I'd just end out yelling at libs and getting mad

Its full of babies, but I think it is still fertile ground for agitation. You'll do much better there than r/politics.
