CAFO is a really hard boss to beat. Make sure you have enough exp.
It does help if you have a good party with varying skillsets. One person with good planning and strategy skills. One person must have high lockpicking skills, maxed observation and stealth skills for all I'd say and another person with high driving skills and a big enough vehicle to store additional inventory. Weed for a nice celebration AFTERWARDS gives your party a morale boost for future bossfights as well. :spongebob-party:
