Hahaha, Elon Musk is such a genius he has invented new ways to make a car fire more lethal.

You know, electric doors seem like a bad idea in a vehicle where electrical failure is a likely part of needing to get out immediately. But I'm not a genious that will save humanity, so what do I know.

        Fiuuu, holy shit.

Yesterday I saw this "family-friendly" french netflix series called "Lupin" with a homologous situation and my daughter ended up crying and I got fucking nightmares.

Anyways the serie is fine for slop-sakes

Also says something about the build quality that he was able to bust open the door with his body weight lol. I don't think I could do that with a lot of vehicles

My ex's dad bought one as a midlife crisis and drives like a hooligan all of the time.

I gently suggested having an auto glass breaker in his car and he went ballistic.

Be prepared, as the boyscouts say. Maybe at some level the kind of people who drive Teslas assume there is a real possibility that the way the world is going they'll soon need bulletproof glass.

I had a workplace fire training course yesterday and the firefighter giving the talk had this forlorn look when the topic of electric cars came up, and that they were 'only going to become more of a problem for [them]'.
also turns out that idiots are putting lithium ion batteries in general waste and they're setting fire to landfills and recycling centres.
