    I finally got back to the gym! First time in a year! I proceeded to immediately pull a muscle which was killing me this morning, I literally couldn't stretch my right arm. Just had to keep it bent

      Oof. Sorry to hear. It is very important to take it easy the first few times when we go back to training. On one hand you may expect to immediately be at the level you were before you stopped training. On the other - you may just overestimate your ability. In any case - take it easy next time and speedy recovery.

        Thanks, I guess I just got impatient. I don't have any weights at home, I went back and used weights a couple kgs less than I was using last year but I guess that was still too much. I've gotta do some yard work today so I'll try no to lose my arm
