If the OP in question is a radical feminist, they believe gender is a social construct and does not exist, should be abolished, and enforcing gender roles is bad. All they believe in is biological sex and the differences that makes which is what the messenger seems to be saying. If they’re not a radical feminist specifically, then I guess their reasoning could be just about anything, but they definitely seem to be separating the idea of sex and gender in their message yeah.
