When you’re comfortable because of the spoils of oppression it is very tempting to relate to oppressors.
Many leftists in the imperial core don’t have a good understanding of imperialism yet, although I believe that will change as material conditions continue to decline for them.

Western leftists have some odd priorities. Their comfort makes them crazy and makes them find any reason to look away from real, human suffering.
