Kinda sounds like you're asking for is the amazon mental health cubicle. Ideally you should just be able to read your phone in the break room, get paid enough that 15 mins of extra pay is inconsequential and have a reasonable workload and schedule so that you don't need to pretend to shit just to be able to physically continue.
Buc-ee's is an evil overhyped gas station / travel stop company in Texas, but this is one thing that they do and yes it's nice to use a public toilet where you can't see another person's shoes.

one time I was in a stall doing my thing and this clown comes in doing that thing psychos do where they are having a phone conversation on speakerphone. and my man does this while he himself enters a stall to have a shit, chatting away the whole time with his bro about literally nothing.
it was more insane than the guy who dropped a turd in a public bathroom while listening to a beats track on his phone's speaker at max volume.
