Y'all ever learn an instrument as an adult? As soon as I have stable income and a place to live I wanna try developing my musical side. I love psychedelic rock/pop/whatever and wouldn't mind learning the synthesizer but maybe start with a keyboard/piano
I learned the bass when I was like 20. though I will admit playing bass is very very easy, you just kinda loop the same basic shit over and over 80% of a song for most songs, which is why I learned the bass (bassists don't @ me)
I've been learning the saxophone for two years now. It really helps that I have a teacher and therefore a reason to actually practice regularly. It's sometimes fun and sometimes frustrating, but I think playing music is one of the better hobbies one can have.
