Eh, in my country you do had some shitheads with several spanish surnames that were big land owners (and/or slave traders) from before the independence, but a bunch lot of rich whites emigrated after the independence and made it big, but not that filthy-rich-big. Then you have working class/PMC whites that think themselves above the brown despite sharing social class.
