That's roughly what they've just implemented here in France. If you work in a hospital, a school, etc. you either get vaccinated or you're out of a job (in about 2 months). If you don't work in such a place, you can choose not to get vaccinated but then you can't access restaurants, cinemas, concerts, large supermarkets, etc. unless you've got proof of a negative PCR test from less than 48 hours ago.
