Kinda sounding like a more gentle, rural Kraftwerk at some points, and like a more homespun Eno at others. Moebius was a member of the legendary duo Cluster along with Roedelius (whose solo albums are also great) and the trio Harmonia (with Roedelius and Michael Rother from the band Neu!). Both of these bands collaborated with Eno at various points. Cluster is the backing band on the B-side of Eno's Before and After Science, and a big influence on his work in general. Early incarnation of Cluster went by Kluster and the band included Conrad Schnitzler, who would play in early Tangerine Dream and have a long career making homemade, abstract electronic music. Kluster were a kind of proto noise band.
