    It’s oil in the ocean. They want the water rights. If they don’t take it, Exxon Mobil will. That also sucks

      Awesome, more offshore drilling. Can’t wait for a spill.They can barely maintain their own oil infrastructure.

        Exxon is going to do that offshore drilling -- letting them have it doesn't solve the offshore drilling problem.
