I know the Russia! Russia! Russia! thing is a Blue MAGA obsession, but this is legitimately a Russian op. We should give at least some of a shit because they plant a lot of the fedposting BLM groups, which they later screenshot to stir shit on fascist sites

      There’s a similar tactic that was used during gamergate to build the image of “a Tumblr SJW” where people would make fake cringe Tumblr posts and share them on reactionary subreddits. They literally create a strawman to knock down, but it’s an intentional propaganda tactic

      I’m not saying Russia Bad. I’m saying as leftists we need to be aware of how these ops operate. There are a ton of people on the right who do because they’re performing them consistently. It’s psy ops all the way down. We should be doing the same.

        It’s not worth knowing why they’re doing it, but knowing that they have ulterior motives makes a difference. I shill for communism on social media. I am not subtle about this. My motive is to make a tiny push towards radicalizing more people and achieving communism
