It always strikes me as useless information overload.
Like, I get the thing about the Fitbit mapping the base, but I have to believe there are a dozen other ways this location could have been noticed. Ways that don't involve sifting through reams of crap.
It would be funny if, in some future war, Americans have all their positions picked out and fucked up because they've been live-blogging it all on Instagram. But I have to assume this isn't the only way the military is getting mapped.
