There is literally no reason to combine such disparate groups as Africans, American Indians, east Asians, etc into one cohort solely based on a lack of whiteness, to do so is to define them by their whiteness, their lack thereof. Just like "white" is a fluid concept based on racist pretenses that exists solely to exclude others (from Irish to Italians), "non-white" merely describes those who have been excluded. There is no ethnicity of global majority. The global plurality is Han Chinese.
