I messed up all my goals, but caught me a gorgeous enby and I really hope all turns out into somehting nice and positive. We will go down together fighting the volcel cops.

    My parents got a rowing machine and I have been doing that a bunch. I saw some recent pictures of me and I really am slimming down.

    Ahem. Right, goals. Gonna try and lift 3x a week from now on, and eat enough to sustain that.

    I did a 4 mile run with out breaks today for the first time since my high school cross country days.

    I'll be moving soon and I learned that there is going to be a new bouldering gym nearby. I'm super excited and hoping that I can make some cool new friends from climbing. Not looking forward to the forearm soreness that will come. I haven't done any climbing for 2+ years now

    In my continuing jogging, I did have a mile PR this week (10:05). My paces have been hovering around 12:00 for my jogs of 3-5 miles as well which is rad.

    I think at this point I'm about the most recovered as I will be from my horrific knee injury a year and a half ago

    had a bad and persistent running injury earlier in the year that, combined with a bunch of other shit, sent me into a bad mental health spiral

    been climbing my way out of that, and got the running and rowing machine starting to ramp up again although ive lost a tonne of fitness. managed 16k yesterday with no hint of injury flareup so thats reassuring
