For those of you who aren’t in the know: Mage arena 2 is a mini quest that gives you access to the best cape for magic in the game. This quest is particularly dangerous since it takes place in the deepest parts of the games pvp zone. Normally, this wouldn’t be a huge deal, as if you got killed in this area, you’d lose most of your stuff to a pker and you’d just continue with your day, albeit a little annoyed that you lost some shitty gear. The problem for me is that I play on an ultimate Ironman, which is a special type of account that can’t trade with other players or use banks at all. So I’m basically carrying almost all of my shit with me at all times. This can be remedied, however, by killing my character somewhere, which leaves all of my stuff in a pile that lasts for an hour, letting me roam around in the pvp zone without fear of losing all of my items. Managed to get through it all without dying thankfully, but it was still incredibly stressful considering all of my stuff was on the floor and could’ve just gotten deleted if I had disconnected or something
