Like, it's so bad. I knew this, but my family threw on a documentary and it's just... like I don't even know. Is there any way we're making it out of this? Given the Political situation, I just don't see how we're going to stay under 3 degrees Celsius. I'm at a loss, this is why I don't watch these things because it just makes it so hard to go on.
What is the correct path forward? How could we possibly influence global politics enough to make a change in this? Serious answers wanted this is just so :agony-deep:
we're 110% going to hit 3c, probably faster than projected too. the thing to focus on is not to break down and cry, but to use that despair as fuel to organise and prepare for what will come and the political consequences of it. the climate collapse has already started, the most we can do now is use this to end capitalism, once and for all
