Cuba's average daily caloric intake is just below the UK but ahead of Denmark (the current situation with COVID notwithstanding). And honestly I've been to TERF island, eating less calories than them js probably a good thing.
Not exactly a list you want to to high up on, but of course us American hogs are #1 on the list. I bet Cuba's like right in the sweet spot.
