Hey everybody! I had a super busy weekend.. training, so you get one thread this weekend. How is everybody doing? Hello ladies, heya enbies - how is life for you? How are them fitness things going? I have a quesiton to those of you who have tried hormones, while training - how did that work out for you? When I started estrogen I lost so much strength its absolutely crazy. I still have to train probably 1.5x as much to maintain the same strenght as some of the stronger cis-girls I know.

    I know it’s not much, but week 3 of couch to 5k for me! Finding it noticeably easier each time I run, but my legs feel fucked up today

    Pleased with my weight loss too, deliberately going very slow but steady, I’ve lost 9lbs in 2 months.

      Sweet! I have given up on running for now, cause I get so much excercise through bike commutes and dancing, that running will kill me. Congrats on the weight loss!

    Squat tip: mentally "screw your feet to the floor" after you've shouldered the weight but haven't done a rep. It's helped me a lot with staying focused and not wiggling and transferring weight over my feet mid rep
