Cases seem to have peaked and are going down, and it seems like this wave was much less deadly than the previous waves. Hopefully the same happens elsewhere.

Is this because it just infects people so fast that it runs out of people in several weeks?
It wasn't as big as the other waves though. However I'm guessing many people in the UK had natural immunity due to being infected already.
