When asked who the leader of Russia was, he said "I'm guessing Putin's father or grandfather".
I like how they don't even explain the reason behind the feud between the Administrator and Zepheniah Mann. Both of them seem to have forgotten why, and it's just become pointless. Seems to thematically fit the game as well.
People keep making fun of how that photo of the cops surrounding Luigi, just one guy, makes him look more badass (as they should), but here's the other thing: Why are they walking? Why not just put him in a van and drive him to the location like they normally do?
Well, they also know about enshittification, how AAA games now are largely just schemes to sell more DLC (on top of the $60-$70 cost of entry), and that they never want to actually innovate gameplay or anything that would be meaningful to the game, just pump out more and more of the same shit. It's just that they also add "and include minorities" as another thing there and treat it as equivalent, but what they're tired of is that last group now being much louder, louder than the complaints about the real stuff.

They made sure to make sure that it doesn't apply to state actors. After 9/11, they felt they needed to come up with a definition of terrorism. They had a VERY hard time coming up with a definition that didn't apply to themselves.
