yeah they had a woman with xy chromosomes and no uterus (but not trans) in ireland give birth with a donated uterus. baby healthy, and they decided to go with it because transplant patients have given birth before with no adverse effects. its unlikely that this tech will be widely available soon for trans people though :\

They're getting there. It's ironically one of the few things that is easier to do in microgravity.
