Hah! I made it this week! So, how is it going with your goals and progress? Hit or miss? I managed to mess up my flexibility progress. But on the other hand did plenty of other activities towards overall fitness.
Another thing I would like to do is decouple more from my phone - I realized that all the notifications and beeps act like a skinner box literally addicting you to it and you end up wasting tons of time. For now Ive disabled notifications, but if you got tips and tricks - please share. I know this isnt strictly fitness, but its still mental health and healthy living.
