I don’t now exactly where this happened but Wyoming is a kind of a vacation spot because it has a few lakes and isn’t that far from Lake Michigan and a big part of going “up north” in Michigan is getting away from “the city” (the people in the city) I go up north with my family during the summer for the occasional weekend and you can probably count the bomber of poc you see on one hand.

Going geographically south to go "up north" is also weirdly common in some of the great lakes states. Wild.
