    a lot of the time you can't argue somebody into just seeing the right thing. the idea is to convince those around you with the normalisation of rhetoric, the social pressure of ideas, and dismissing bullshit with being flippant. you don't need an essay, you mock them for wanting to be stompped on and refusing to help other workers, to convince those around them who might listen to you

    If they're adamant, you pretend to be on their side and then backstab them. You don't have to convince everyone, just a strong majority, and if you can get rid of holdouts you'll be able to pump those numbers.

    Socratic method with the labor theory of value and how unions are in the interest of workers over owners. Preferably in front of others so they sound stupid in front of others who may be thinking about what you're asking themselves.
