implicating the microbiome in various diseases and aging

The scientists fed a slurry of feces to the old mice using a feeding tube twice a week for 8 weeks

We should consider renaming fecal transplant to Microbiome transplant. And not use "slurry"

WE'RE ALL GONNA GET FORCE-FED OUR OWN SHIT :data-laughing: .

Fuck it, I'll eat shit to live longer better longer. Assuming it's like, the microbiota in a capsule and not literally eating shit. The immune function, cognition, and memory benefits are actually super important imo, as someone who's watched their grandmother descend into Alzheimers. i don't really care about living to 150, but I'd like to be in good health when I die.

Wage slaves would be fed shit in exchange for longer work hours.
