Then joked about unionizing and talked about smoking weed. Gas station, yes car bad, but Its the infrastructure where i am. I'm vaccinated and can at least keep the place clean and prepare food as safe as possible for all the people coming through. And like the dude I was giving all the food to was gonna hand it out to homeless people. No way he wanted all that dried out (but still tasty and safe, stale but safe.) food to himself. Feeling good about actually getting the chance to help my community a little.
This 'labor shortage' has shit so lax, its my 3rd fucking training day and I have the power to write off and hand out shit in the store without any approval.
yeah training was like days ago, its VERY against policy to hand out the food lol. But hes willing to pull occasional doubles and actually does the job well so i dont think hes gonna end up fired anytime soon. He wrote off all the shit anyways they'll never notice unless they have time to comb through hours of footage looking for shit.
