Getting into the workout groove slowly but surely.
If you don't recognize my username I'm the fella with pectus excavatum/rib flare/anterior pelvic tilt. All the fun stuff.
I've noticed some gains, but I've also noticed a (potentially) weird thing regarding my chest. I still have no muscle/fat/etc for a large portion of the middle of my chest. My limited pecs are getting a little bit bigger but growing...idk outward?..instead of covering my chest like I'd hoped. Is this normal or am I doomed?

Idk. There's a large area in the middle of my chest that is basically skin and bones. Trying to figure out if I even have a chance to mitigate/correct via lifting.
