staff held a virtual retreat to discuss reorganizing along more democratic lines, a plan which we had been discussing for 2 years and which @nathanjrobinson had claimed he wholeheartedly supported. the next day, he forced us all out of the org over a series of very long emails to us, @nathanjrobinson confessed that he had realized that he wanted to remain in control of the organization. “I think I should be on top of the org chart,” he wrote, “with everyone else selected by me and reporting to me.”
