"She identified herself as 'Lois', she said that she was from the Department of Human Services … and what we were doing was fostering dependence among a section of the Aboriginal community," he said.

"There was an argument about that because we're there once a week — we can hardly provide a service on which people would depend."

Later, the group discovered it was Lois Boswell, the chief executive of the Department of Human Services.

Sparkke really market themselves as being tuned into social issues too, with each of their beer/wine cans boasting a slogan for various causes, like the (paraphrasing) Respect Women Pilsner or Welcome Refugees Ginger Beer. They've got a little record of performative action in the city, like the time they sponsored a music festival to get their own branded stage then didn't pay the dues for like two years

No amount of cans with "nipples are nipples" printed on the side can offset trying to shunt homeless in need a few hundred metres down the road where you can't see them from your beer garden balcony

Straccia sounds like a complete ghoul. And Boswell being the head of DHS is both salt in the wound and proof of the cut
