She recently received her first estrogen shot (? she didn't share too much), so the parents aren't evil transphobes on the face of it, but she continues to be made uncomfortable by them, especially our father.

How can I help keep her safe even while I'm at school? We also have two more older siblings (who are great) as well, but my younger sister now lives at home with the parents, just by herself, and the older ones have been moved out since before she came out to the family.

    This is kinda obvious, but maintaining frequent communication will prevent her from feeling as isolated and alone. Set a time aside every week where you can call and have some time to chat and make sure she's doing okay.
