I wish the big social media platforms were nationalised in some way. Not controlled by the NSA, but in a public trust. Reddit as a platform is a very important leap forward in social media and could have a tremendous amount of value. Because it's the private property of a libertarian, it started out defending child pornographers and then Nazis and now the people causing the pandemic. All of that utility is lost unless it migrates to another platform like Hexbear.
