In the face of all that, the people are free, safe, are get by reasonably well, given the circumstances. North Korea now even has a nuclear weapons program, one of the most proven guarantors of independence.

So I would rate him pretty damn highly. Could any amerikkkan or other capitalist leader do so well, given the circumstances? I'd venture to say "no".
