Vasectomies are cheaper than child support and hurt less than a tattoo. Unless you're dead-set on having kids naturally at some point and freezing sperm isn't an option, with the 95% reversal success rate it's more ethical to me than expecting a female partner to get an implant that's more traumatic or a hormone that fucks their whole body up. In the context of a relationship I mean, free and universal access otherwise.
Hormonal birth control will make your tits bigger but you'll shit your ass to death from Crohn's disease. Vasectomy is side-effect free apart from growing cat ears.
Most don't but it's a risk. That's one of those things that makes it an ethical issue I'll concede on in relationships. Multi-system impacts are a bigger thing than the localised issues that can happen with vasectomies.
Oof. That's rough comrade. Mine was only like 100 bucks, sat on the couch with iced peas on my nuts playing God of War for two days after. The night of and day after was easily the worst, after that, it was a really dull ache.
Within ten years of the initial procedure, mind. After that both likelihood of sperm in semen and pregnancy itself fall by a good bit
Not really at the point in my life where I'm considering having a child but I know I'd be a little anxious to get such a procedure done if it meant I might never have children if I wanted to down the line

Okay, but does a vasectomy make my tits bigger? Checkmate, reasonable suggestion.

Bro most ladies don't get Crohn's disease from birth control.
But yeah vasectomies are also fine.

I welcome the poison :big-cool:
I'd rather swallow poison than swallow whatever you're spewing buddy. :meow-shining:
fuck off
Got a vasectomy, the peace of mind is pretty nice. Also it's fairly painless as long as you've got a good doctor.

What the shit. Man, thank God for my TA union (I'm a grad student in the UC, UAW affiliated).
Vasectomy shouldn't be more than a couple hundred, tops.

Getting a vasectomy was one of the better choices I've made in life.
