Isnt this the invisible hand of the market dictating that the movie studios/streaming sites aren't competitive enough. If they don't want pirates maybe they should lower prices and compete better.

What are the odds of this being more than a nothing burger? Ngl easy access to a wide range of media is one of the handful of things that keeps me sane in this hellscape. Also couldn’t this put some of these co’s out of business? It seems like it’s hitting a pretty core customer base but I really don’t know the ins and outs of their biz models.
