Not healthy for the bears or people. Methinks this is how bears end up being shot and killed for being to close to humans and humans end up getting attacked

Yeah he was sitting there talking to them like they were fucking dogs. Getting the cubs all habituated to be around people, which may very well get them killed down the line.
