edit: I think that's one of those faceapp-type algorithms though. I've seen videos like this with Obama and Trump. It can alter the area around the mouth.
Yes it seems like they used one of those apps, there are some visual artifacts and sometimes the mouth doesn't track his head's movement perfectly. Mostly seamless though, if you got someone who sounded like him to say something and dubbed it you probably wouldn't notice that it's a deepfake.
