"Florida's newly appointed surgeon general signed new protocols on Wednesday allowing parents to decide whether or not to quarantine their children or send them to school after being exposed to someone with COVID-19."

Several weeks ago, my niece had a covid case in her class. All the kids were sent home to get tested before they could come back. Several days later, she was one of two kids who had returned to class (her parents got her tested ASAP). At the time I thought, "this isn't sustainable. How are you going to educate kids under these circumstances?" Silly me, I thought the solution would be to go back to online schooling, not that people would say, "lol, let's send everyone back to the building anyway." Clearly, I have not yet reached the level of jokerfication necessary to accurately predict the future in this country. :jokerfication:
