      For a little bit of context, this is a compound naturally found in tea (which is why tea generally doesn't make you anxious or jittery despite also having caffeine)

        This combination gets me more focused, but waay more likely to be anxious. If you can get L theanine in doses of less than 200mg (I think a typical 500ml cup of tea only has like 50mg of L theanine, so 200mg is the equivalent of 2 liters of tea)
