The first (and only full) video of his I watched was before I became truly radicalized and had no clue who he was, but Breadtube (lol) liked him so I figured why not. He was talking about all the Smash players who were getting outed for SA and being predators, and he actually had a really thoughtful, insightful monologue talking about the problem and how to address these issues of toxic masculinity and consent.

The next thing I watched from him was the "tacoma wept" clip :what-the-hell:

Then I found you beautiful people and got educated on his bullshit real quick. Fuck that clown man

That whole schtick of acting like you’re above toxic masculinity while supposedly embodying an alternative is a big draw. A lot of disaffected young people rightfully see incels as cringe but still want answers to the questions they claim to address. What I’m trying to say is that Vaush is the Jordan Peterson of Internet leftism

        of Internet leftism

if we're gonna give it to people like him, leftism truly is a meaningless term

And before anyone says it, I know, :astronaut-1: always has been

Internet leftism is a marketing demographic based around a shared identity. It has nothing to do with an individual’s relations to communist praxis or organizations. In this sense of the word, Vaush is one of the most prolific Internet leftists alive right now.

I have no idea about the timeframe tbh. The p*do/sex pest shit plus seeing his face constantly in online leftist circles completely killed my desire to spend a single second longer reading up on him.
