El Yucateo in all its forms, plus Blair's Original Death Sauce, which is probably the hottest everyday hotsauce I'd like. For anything where I just need a little bit of heat I'm a basic bitch cayenne sauce kinda guy, like Frank's or Tabasco.
That being said, hot sauce is super simple to make too, it's basically a matter of just boiling some chopped peppers with some vinegar, and then blending it. Always worth trying it once, I'd say.
I made a couple of my own when I grew peppers a few years ago, a quick one with jalapenos and carrots, and another that was lacto-fermented scotch bonnets with garlic and allspice. Good shit, really flavorful but for some reason it turned out way hotter than any other bonnet/habanero-tier sauce I've ever bought.

Everyone should try making hot sauce at least once. It's fun, especially when you grow the peppers yourself.
