    Finland especially was not exporting the revolution, it was always with the intent of securing Leningrad's defenses. In the Continuation War a halfhearted Finnish soviet was sorta declared but forgotten about in no time and never pursued. But yeah 100% agreed. Stalin did what Trotsky was complaining about, but just didn't get halted in Poland and proceed to have a mental breakdown like Trotsky did
