    This site needs to develop an actual onboarding pipeline if it's going to be a life raft for subreddits.

    Subreddits are going to include a bunch of people set in a different posting culture that don't already conform to this one. We shouldn't simply drop our standards, but we should provide them a dedicated community that's a bit more lax or uses a light touch at first - we want to absorb and radicalize potential allies, otherwise there's no point in the life raft.

    That said, of course no tolerance for transphobia, racism, and anything else that attacks the people here for who they are - that's a given.
