Russia has vowed punishment for the western actors who helped plan or supply weapons for this act.

Escalation danger continues to exist and I worry what the neo-cons puppeting Biden around will do if faced with any kind of slap to the face or humiliation as they're already freaking out about losing Ukraine in an election year.

Kind of ironic that they could've just let the peace negotiations play out, take their piece of the Ukrainian pie and have the average American voter forget that Ukraine even exists by the time election season rolls around.

They cry about a made up genocide while trying their damndest to start a real one. Ukraine has been salivating at the thought of blowing up Russian civillians since the war started.

Did they even, like, attempt to provide an explanation regarding what they actually wanted to target in the first place? Even if it's complete bullshit? Or did they just hit the city center and cheer about it?

All four zones that were hit were known civilian centers. One may be a coincidence, four is a solid pattern. On the other hand, if you are a psychopathic NAFO freak you will still claim that a Christmas market full of civilians was some kind of Russian military base in disguise. Or you will say that Russia did it to themselves. Either way you will cheer for dead Russians.

So, as they say, 160 missiles and hundreds of drones were launched across many cities of Ukraine and killed 20 people.

While Ukraine launched a few dozen drones and heavy MLRS killing 24* people in one area of one city.

    *The number has risen, unfortunately

I really can't stand Ukraine. Because it's how blatant it is that they're a Nazi country but we;re being told constantly that they're adorable little snowflakes and wouldn't hurt a fly (unless it was Russian). The worst part is that people believe it too, at least with Is*ael, people know their government is full of shit but too many people truly believe that these terrorists are heroes.

Cool your jets, man. There's no such thing as a "Nazi country", only a Nazi state. Ukraine is pretty much a fascist state, both from the materialist and ideological perspective. More specifically, it was Nazified by the US to be its attack dog against Russia. But I can assure you, there are loads of people in Ukraine who do not want to die for US imperialism and the interests of Western finance capital.

I agree with the sentiment that Ukraine isn't a "Nazi country," but rather a country infested by a Nazi state, paramilitaries, and ideology. That said there definitely are "Nazi countries"- those countries whose very founding ethos is genocidal settler-colonialism, whose definition is one of the supremacy of one group and the dispossession and debasement of the others. The USA, Canada, Australia, and Israel all are prime examples of this- there is no redeeming any of these countries, without not merely a change of state- but a change of the notion of what the country stands for altogether, and a righting of former wrongs to the genuine best of their abilities. For such countries, it's not merely an issue of the state- it's an issue of their very reason for existence altogether, and only indigenism of some sort can remotely fix it.

There's a difference between a "country" and a "state". Ukrainian SSR was a state (well, a republic within a bigger state). Ukraine today is a state. Two different states, one country.

"...they're a Nazi country" - what I wanted to point out is that the Banderite fascist puppet regime in Kiev and their dogs who shot at Belgorod and then slithered back into Kharkov do not represent all people in the country. You wouldn't need Vicky Nuland's billions of dollars poured in, as well as people snatchers press-ganging everyone (including disabled, blind and deaf).

So? There are Jews living in Israel who oppose their government too. That doesn't mean Israel isn't both an ethnofascist state AND country.

And as an American whose government is filled with fascists, feel free to call my country fascist as well.

Judging by the interviews and polls i've seen so far it seems to me that the major difference between Ukraine and "Israel", though both are fascist states, is that Banderites and their ideology are still a minority in Ukraine whereas Zionism is absolutely predominant in the settler colony. The majority of the "Israeli" settler population are violently racist and genuinely genocidal. You will be very hard pressed to find an "Israeli" who is not a Zionist even on the "left". Most Ukrainians on the other hand are so demoralized by the inescapable corruption in their country and the hopelessness of their situation that they simply don't pay any attention anymore to politics and are just trying to survive day to day. They are too scared and beaten down to oppose the regime and its thugs. I genuinely feel bad for the (non-Banderite) Ukrainians and how they are being used and discarded by the West. I don't have any of that same sympathy for the settler colonists who enthusiastically cheer on for more murder and genocide of Palestinians.

As I see it, there's no such country as "Israel". It is a settler-colonial occupation state that stole a country. There's only Palestine

The Kiev regime doesn't care about its civilians. This was retaliation for the very painful strikes on AFU military assets that Russia inflicted a few days ago, including yet again obliterating important Ukrainian air defense systems, hitting the few air fields Ukraine has left where it can launch long range strikes from, and wiping out a bunch of logistical nodes full of gear.

The more that Russia cripples Ukraine's military capabilities the more the Ukronazis will try to take it out on the softest possible targets which are the only ones they can still reliably hit. This usually means civilians. It's how they boost morale internally after a major defeat and create a distraction for the international audience while showing their sponsors that they are "still in the fight".

That's just pathetic. It's like HAMAS's unguided rockets - they just don't have any resources to fire the actual rockets. Can't really blame them. Russia really should just evacuate the civilians out of there. Hiding behind them or using their death as a justification for war is below what this country should stand for.
