The Ace Combat 5 and 6 "remasters" that you get for free if you buy the deluxe edition of Ace Combat 7, are better than this. And all they did was up the resolution to 1080p, and turned off LOD's and a lot of texture mipmaps.
Honestly blocky textures are preferable to changing all the colours lol.
