That actually raises good questions. How do ice cream trucks work, legally? I feel like most neighbourhood associations wouldn't allow a bunch of food trucks patrolling the streets.
They do have this in Japan, though less than they used to. Trucks selling ramen and roasted sweet potatoes are the most common types.
For real. I lower my standards for convenience all the time. I would honestly love to see what I would settle for if it was food, that was in front of me, that was hot, and I didn't even know I wanted it until I saw it, but also it came to me.
I dream of this every Summer when the ice cream trucks come out of hibernation, and I hear them passing by.
