A handful of my coworkers are refusing the jab. They're effectively throwing away their careers in an indignant and self-righteous flameout, all the while dumping a whole lot of extra work on the rest of us. It sucks for everyone involved, but I can't say I'll miss the rants.

Yup, fuck 'em. I can't say I'm surprised. Being anti-vax strikes me as a potential indicator for being anti-union.
One of my coworkers runs an anonymous distribution list that shares vaccine misinformation and tips about gumming up the works. All that energy wasted organizing bullshit. I know this because she called me to rant when the vaccine mandate was announced. We're unionized so its hard to fire people, but the few holdouts are being put on administrative leave in hopes that this all resolves itself. Its a mess, and I don't know if I should do anything with this information.
