Halloween is one of the most influential and recognized horror series of all time, spanning 12 movies, 5 timelines, 2 reboots and 1 “spin off”. 11 of the 12 focus on the killer Michael Myers :shrek-progress: while Halloween 3 is a entirely separate storyline, which John Carpenter wanted to do for every Halloween film however the fans wanted Michael Myers alone.

MAJOR SPOILER WARNING

The “supernatural” timeline goes as follows: 1-2-4-5-6, and explains Michaels ability to be shot multiple times and survive via insane curse means, honestly I don’t really rewatch 4-6 so I don’t have much to say here.

The non-Michael Myers one, Season of the witch, features a story about Halloween masks marketed to kids, telling them to watch advertisements with the mask on (which ends up leading to their death). The masks kill them because of... stone hendge? What? This movie makes no sense but honestly I still enjoy it and it makes my top 5

The water timeline, which goes 1-2-H20-Resurrection features a bomb ass movie focusing on Laurie in H20 and then kill her in resurrection in a really stupid way but hey Busta Rhymes fights Michael with karate which is interesting.

The Rob Zombie is a total reboot, focusing more on what makes Michael tick and also is the most fucked up of all of them, pretty hard to watch and has unnecessary moments in my option but still better than curse and resurrection

The most recent timeline ignores 2 and goes 1-2018-kills. Personally my favorite timeline, 2018 features Laurie Strode defending herself from Michaels attacks when he comes back 40 years after killing her friends and attempting to kill her. In kills, there are, as the name suggests, a lot of kills, which the movie focuses on for a subpar story. All 3 of these movies are top 5 Halloween movies though.

I’ll add more tomorrow cause I’m tired rn

Housing prices continue to outpace wages by a ratio of about 12:1," Mr Lawless said.

"This is one of the reasons why first home buyers are becoming a progressively smaller component of housing demand.

Sometimes when I read stuff like this I wonder why I should even exist. Anything I do is just there to make some ghoul rich and my parents don't care about me nor support me in my struggles.
