I don't think it worked.
Democrats: Let's shame the Republicans by comparing them to Nazis!
Republicans: :sicko-wholesome:
I think his takeaway was that Yunkin was exactly the type of GOP gov the Lincoln Project loves, so this race was win/win for them
Youngkin spent his whole career at and was CEO of the Carlyle Group, an investment company who deserve a True Anon mini-series if they don't already have one (the bin Laden family were notable clients in the late 90s 👁️)
I'm a little embarrassed that I only know the Carlyle Group as the company that funded the purchase of Taylor Swift's masters (and who are connected to like a bunch of war crimes, but I couldn't tell you which)
It went both ways. The bin Ladens had investments in Carlyle Group (famously one family member was at a Carlyle Group conference on 9/11), and Carlyle Group had a lot of holdings in defense companies, many of which probably contracted with the bin Ladens. It's all a ponzi scheme folks.
I don't think these people wanted Youngkin to win. I think Virginians were disgusted by the deceit.
Libs: "IMAGINE IF FASCISTS RUNS YOUR COUNTRY"
Chud: "Hey that sounds great"
Libs think yanks are significantly less racist than they actually are in reality
As a result they think these little stunts would put voters off the republican candidate instead of encouraging them to vote GOP
to say they're "out of touch" would be somewhat of an understatement
This is why I a liberal don't like trump and his sort. Therefore a trump voter won't like the republicans for the same reasons. I am very smart.
These people: this politician is fascist and loves trump
Hogs: wow, another reason to vote for him!
